Emlyn Louis, MD
A primary care physician with more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Emlyn Louis has delivered medical care to communities across Florida no matter their ability to pay. He speaks English, Spanish, Creole, and French. As president of Best Care, he prioritizes chronic care management and maintaining a high quality of life in his patients. Dr. Louis has worked for the Florida Department of Health, the Jackson Health System, and served as medical director for private clinics and correctional facilities. “The most rewarding part of my life has been watching our practice grow and strengthen with the communities we serve.”

Humberto Hernandez, MD

Guerline Pierre, APRN, FNP-BC
Guerline Pierre, APRN, FNP-BC graduated from Chamberlain University and has over 15 years of experience in nursing. She has enjoyed working in women’s health, hospice care setting, and also with catastrophic trauma victims. Guerline places a big emphasis on patient education and preventative medicine but for fun she mostly loves travelling and learning about new cultures.

Lillianette Ramos Rios, APRN, FNP-C
Lilly is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience. She began her nursing career in Puerto Rico, earned her BSN at Columbia College in Caguas, and later her MSN from Walden University. Her background spans hospice, neuro, cardiovascular ICU, and public health, and she has also taught nursing at Edic College. Fully bilingual in English & Spanish, Lilly is known for her compassionate, faith-driven care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Yusleydis Torrez Gonzalez, APRN, FNP-C
Yusleydis Torrez Gonzalez, APRN, FNP-C, was born in Cuba and worked as a family medicine physician in Venezuela for 3 years, and then in Brazil for 3 years. She graduated with her Masters in Nursing from Miami Regional University and now board-certified in family medicine, has over 10 years of professional healthcare experience. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family.
